Class of 2021 Information

YEARBOOK:

Buy a Yearbook (Until June 12th, 2021)
- Go to www.yearbookordercenter.com, Enter the school code: 6831
- In the upper left corner, select "Order Yearbook" and fill out the requested information and pay using a credit/debit card.
- Price is $85 each
- Yearbooks will be distributed in the summer

GRADUATION REHEARSAL/SENIOR FAREWELL LUNCH:

June 1st @ LACHSA
Rehearsal will be by department.

SENIOR ARRIVAL TIMES

8:50am - Visual Seniors

9:05am - Cinematic Seniors

9:20am - Dance Seniors

9:35am - Music Seniors

9:50am - Theatre Seniors

Senior farewell Lunch will begin at 1pm and include:
- Lunch
- Decorating graduation caps
- Senior Commemorative Memory Books
- Music
- Special Care Packages for each senior
- Fun Photo Backdrops
- Teachers stopping by to say their farewells
We will need parents to donate time, food and supplies. Sign up HERE

GRADUATION:

Graduation will be held at Santa Anita Park on Wednesday, June 2, 2021 with a start time of 5:00pm and a reception for SENIORS only immediately following.
Seating WILL be limited to 4 tickets per student
Donate HERE - We are asking every senior family to voluntarily contribute $250. You can do this by either donating cash and/or buying program ads! Thank you for your help with this important event and congratulations to your Senior!
Tickets: Must be reserved by MAY 30, 2021 at 5:00pm PST. No exceptions will be made for late registrations. All info HERE

FAQ's

Santa Anita Park is HUGE! Why are seats limited?:

Although the venue is huge, we are only using a small portion. We will be installing a stage on the lower level and will seat families in the box seats, with family pods distanced from one another.

Since tickets are limited, will graduation be live-streamed?:

YES! we will be live-streaming the event for those that can not attend. More information to come.

Graduation Tickets:

Graduation tickets are FREE.
Each graduate gets 4 tickets (graduate does not need ticket)
All attendees will register for the event and only those who have registered will be admitted.

Caps and Gowns:

Caps and gowns are made available to ALL students. They will be given to them on graduation day. If they wish to decorate their cap, they can pick it up June 1 at graduation rehearsal. The caps and gowns are theirs to keep after graduation.

Can we decorate our graduation caps?:

Yes!! They will have to be approved prior to walking the stage, but YES you can decorate your caps! More info and parameters to come!

Will we have to pay for parking?

No, but more details about parking will be released soon

What time is graduation?

It will start at 5:00pm (end time TBD), students have a call time of 2:30pm. There will be a reception/mixer after the ceremony for graduates only, ends at 9:00pm

Additional information:

No balloons, confetti, flowers, lei's, horns, noisemakers, etc. allowed at the venue (Can keep in car). Students can wear cultural stoles or lei's, but must wear them the whole time.

Dates: May 13, 19, 20, 26, 27, & June 10, 2021 *space is limited so book early to secure your date!
Buy tickets HERE, Tickets WILL go fast!
Must use LACHSA EMAIL to purchase tickets
You are responsible for getting there and back home
Tickets include: Admission from 3pm - 10pm, a meal voucher, a DJ, Class of 2021 Photos Ops, Reduced parking rates
All rides are open! (shows closed)

SENIOR SWEATSHIRTS

Can be purchased HERE from ASB.
Will be distributed soon, standby for the date!

YARD SIGNS

Have been distributed at school and available to pick up at LACHSA in the foyer during school hours. If you want to pick up in the South Bay area contact Kate Leach at katemleach@icloud.com
